Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions. In-person Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss policies and provide expert guidance. Policy Management: Manage client policies, make necessary updates, and ensure accurate documentation. Sales Generation: Identify potential leads, generate new business, and expand the client base through effective sales strategies. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and deliver exceptional service. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and sales transactions.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess or willing to obtain a Louisiana Insurance License.Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service role is an advantage.Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.Client-Centric: Committed to understanding and meeting the needs of clients.Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications and insurance software.
