Overview:
The Insurance Project Coordinator oversees specific, insurance claims over a variety of markets, throughout the company. Some duties include quality control, coordinating with insurance providers, and proper invoicing.
The Insurance Project Coordinator oversees specific, insurance claims over a variety of markets, throughout the company. Some duties include quality control, coordinating with insurance providers, and proper invoicing.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $20.00 - $25.00 + Bonus
Essential Functions:
- Effectively communicate with insurance providers, general managers, and sales team members on multiple projects at a time to ensure deadlines and logistics proceed according to plan
- Proactively pursue problem resolution with Office Managers and Installers
- Review field reports and ensure the accuracy of deductible information
- Coordinating meetings with internal and external parties
- Editing and reviewing invoices to send to insurance providers
- Drive results from both installers and sales representatives, across multiple markets by working through Office Managers
- Build estimates within Xactimate software
- Managing roofing pipeline in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) certification preferred, but not required
- Operational and project management expertise
- Proven management skills to drive agendas
- Experience navigating Xactimate software
- Effectively navigates computer programs with ease. Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
