As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Insurance Producer to work in PrimePay's Insurance Services department.  The Insurance Producer is responsible for growing and maintaining a book of workers’ compensation and commercial lines insurance with the overall goal of generating new revenue to meet annual business objectives.  The focus is on selling the workers’ compensation and commercial line insurance products to new and existing clients.

What YOU will be doing: 

• Researches and identifies qualified prospects through PrimePay’s current client listings and new client opportunities
• Partners with sales staff for initial and ongoing prospect sales meetings and proposals
• Identifies key decision makers and develops strong relationships with these individuals
• Prepares and presents quotes to clients
• Works directly with clients to obtain required information and secure binding of coverage
• Ensures timeframes and deliverables are met to the clients’ satisfaction

Success will come if you have: 

• Pennsylvania or multi-state Property and Casualty License required, and BA/BS Degree preferred
• 2 – 4 years of experience with commercial lines insurance sales with a proven record of success and knowledge and experience in workers’ compensation is required
• Self-motivated with a superior work ethic
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Manages multiple assignments and has strong organizational skills while accommodating different time zones
• Clear oral and written communication skills with both internal and external clients
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy
• Works independently as well as with a team
• Contributes to the team in a positive and pro-active manner
