Salary Range: $45000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and client needs.

Product Promotion: Present and promote insurance products to clients, explaining the benefits and features of each.

Policy Quotation: Prepare detailed policy quotes and explain the terms and conditions to clients.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the Farmers Insurance District Office.

Licensing: Must possess an active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or related field is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging clients effectively.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Adaptability: Capable of working in a dynamic environment with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive office environment.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales-related software.
