About the Job
Bank Midwest is seeking a full-time Insurance Personal Lines Customer Service Rep. This position works closely with all producers and customers to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to clients and agents as the primary point of contact.
- Work with agents and insurance carriers to market both new and renewal personal lines accounts.
- Gather information as needed for renewals, changes, and other customer service-related needs.
- Maintain strong business relationships with carriers, including service representatives, underwriting and claims.
- Working knowledge of the agency's core systems; EPIC and insurance carrier sites.
- Document all customer contact and interactions within core system.
Requirements:
- Licensing in Property/Casualty and Life/Health a plus; however; we will assist in training to secure proper licensing.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment.
