We are expanding and have an opening for top-performing Personal Lines Account Manager to join our award-winning team. With our insurance agencys extensive customer care work, and our amazing products and services, we are excited with the opportunity to maintain our momentum and continue to gain market share.

This position has openings in the Norristown office!

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provideexceptional customer service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

• Previous experience in the Insurance industry as an Account Manager
• Must possess Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
