Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate assistance with their insurance needs.
• Manage Policy Inquiries: Make changes, and updates promptly and efficiently.
• Adept at Problem Solving: Resolve client concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Great Relationship Building Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Be Collaborative: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with personal lines insurance policies and coverages is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle policy information and documentation.
