As an Insurance Operations Specialist you would be responsible for providing system maintenance and quality control to the insurance agency's management system. QUALIFICATIONS
• Process policy download into system, as well as policy detailing, to ensure system data accuracy and integrity.
• Copy, file, and distribute insurance documents.
• Maintain up-to-date data in Agency Management System through data clean up, performing functions such as merging, correcting, removing, and adding.
• Enter data in Lead Generation Support.
• Process Agent of Record/Broker of Record change requests.

SALARY RANGE
Target hourly hiring rate is $18.41 - $22.56 per hour and is based on experience.
In addition to base pay, this position has the opportunity to earn an Annual Company-wide discretionary bonus.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years' experience in administrative support
• Process policy download into system, as well as policy detailing, to ensure system data accuracy and integrity.
