Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide oversight and management of agency operations.
- Ensure effectiveness of core insurance operating system, including all maintenance and utilities functions, system updates, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures.
- Measure productivity (audits) to demonstrate utilization and optimization of technologies; identify areas for training and process improvement.
- Assist with developing staffing efficiencies.
- Manage, train, and mentor team of insurance customer service professionals.
Competencies:
- Strong technical, problem solving, decision-making and delegation skills.
- Solid understanding of insurance principles and in-depth knowledge of agency core system.
- Exercise independent judgment under moderate supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Supervisory/Leadership skills desirable.
- Operations background preferred.
- Minimum of 2 year college education.
