Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking an Insurance Operations Analyst who will support the workflow process, including reinsurance business underwriting, claims, and accounting. This role will ensure accurate Bordereaux data submitted on time, ingestion into the system and correspondence with internal (underwriting support, claims administration, and finance and accounting data, analysis, and reports) as well as external partners. Responsibilities

Manage incoming Bordereaux from program managers
Review and ensure Bordereaux submitted have accurate template format
Complete review of validation errors from Bordereaux ingestion, follow up with individual program managers for correction
Ensure and maintain accurate data within the LOC, written and affiliate Bordereaux trackers
Manage the LOC process
Manage OFAC check process
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners both internal and external
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
