About the Job
This in-person position is full time. Looking for an experienced customer service professional. Accident & Health and/or Property & Casualty licensed preferred but not necessary to start. Must be extremely detail oriented with incredible attention to detail. This is a very fast-paced environment where you have to be able to juggle many things at once. If you're serious, please take the accompanying tests.
Salary Range: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and help walk-ins
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle billing issues.
- Assist insureds with any questions they have.
- Issue certificates of insurance.
- Look up in-network doctors and medications

Requirements
- Insurance licenses a plus but not necessary to start
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Excellent computer, verbal, and written communications skills.
