Job Details
We are looking for a talented attorney with experience in insurance and reinsurance litigation to join our team. Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
Advising and representing clients, including insurers and intermediaries, in a variety of legal disputes.
Handling complex matters such as:
Coverage disputes
Regulatory investigations
Environmental liability and asbestos cases
Construction defect and opioid claims
Workers' compensation and toxic torts
Other large-scale litigation
This position offers the chance to collaborate with highly skilled colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our practice is built on a strong history of successfully representing clients in significant coverage cases.
Key Requirements
3-6 years of relevant litigation experience.
Proficiency in navigating insurance and reinsurance matters.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative approach to teamwork.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and independent work ethic.
Admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction, with preference for Connecticut or Massachusetts.
