Responsibilities
Daily Sales Meeting attendance
Manage and optimize online sales funnels to maximize conversion rates
Processing provided sales leads
Engage with potential clients through various channels and provide them with product information
Guide customers through the insurance buying process and address any questions or concerns they may have
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Providing policy reviews for customer retention
Continuing education.
Requirements
Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably in an online sales role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing channels
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
