As Insurance Industry Applied Epic Education Training Specialist at ASNOA ( ) a fully integrated insurance industry services provider- you’ll be responsible for clerical/administrative duties related to training/organizational development of new affiliates joining ASNOA: scheduling/completing onboarding, ongoing affiliate training, obtaining/creating/distributing required instructional materials, communicating schedules/details, daily administration/coordination of the training email folders & calls.

Set up of management system, Applied Epic, defaults
Managing training emails support/follow ups
Scheduling/Training affiliates/staff onboarding/ongoing trainings
Daily education phone calls/follow up
Maintaining trainings calendar
Creating/updating Zoom sessions
Creating/updating automated emails
Updating necessary dates within the management systems
Assisting developing workflows/tips, creating PowerPoint presentations/videos/material for classes/courses/ webinars/Learning Management System
Assist developing new training sessions/services & ways to improve these
Additional projects, as needed

REQUIREMENTS

3 years’ recent directly relevant experience including:

Tech skills: Applied EPIC, MS Office 365, HubSpot (or similar)

Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines effectively
Experience meeting deadlines/handling urgent requests
Strong work ethic, well-organized, technology savvy
