What You'll Do as the Public Entity Litigation Paralegal:

Prepare comprehensive discovery responses and substantive medical record and discovery summaries

Utilize advanced litigation civil procedure experience

Demonstrate excellent communication, grammar, and writing skills

Exhibit a genuine team player mentality with the ability to prioritize assignments and manage time effectively

You'll Succeed as the Public Entity Litigation Paralegal if you Have:

At least 5+ years of public entity defense experience

ABA Paralegal Certificate and/or JD or verifiable relevant experience

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work well in a team environment
