About the Job
A busy, growing Law Firm has an opening in their Miami, Florida office for a Litigation Paralegal with bodily injury litigation experience.
Experience/Requirements:
- At least 3 years of litigation experience preferably in the areas of bodily injury, trucking, catastrophic injury or medical malpractice
- Draft discovery, responses, pleadings, subpoenas etc.
- Medical records - review and summarize
- Trial preparation
- Client communications
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
