- Base salary is based on years of experience.
- 1900 hours minimum billable, with production based bonus opportunities (tiered structure) that is pro rated and paid out quarterly. We also offer an origination bonus where you receive 50% of all fees billed and collected above $225/hour.

Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
JD from an ABA approved law school plus-
- A minimum of 3 years of experience (looking for mid-senior level Associates) practicing in the area of insurance defense.
- Demonstrated experience with bodily injury claims.
- CA bar license is currently active
