Insurance Data Operations Manager at Criterion Executive Search

Ideal candidate possesses 5-10 years in Insurance, recently focused in data analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage data onboarding, premium and cash management of speciality underwriters within US and Canada.
• Point contact on all data queries, problems and solutions.
• Work with underwriters in the analysis and resolution of data quality issues impacting data ingestion, regulatory compliance and reporting
• Transform company’s data processes to deliver governed, timely and high-fidelity data sources.

• Act as SME for complex data requirements, mappings and/or data issues
• Map, transform, cleanse and validate data to adhere to Insurer standards
• Manage the operational due diligence and onboarding procedures for new clients and business expansions

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Insurance qualifications
• Prior hiring and training a team of professionals
• 10+ years in property and liability insurance
• Prior management of MGA Operations, preferred experience of the specialty market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
