Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Serve as the initial contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to their insurance policies.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage options.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer requests and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and update client information in our systems.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to provide comprehensive support to clients.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training to enhance knowledge of insurance products and improve service
delivery.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective client interaction.
