Salary Range: $36000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Client Assistance: Interact with clients to address insurance inquiries, ensuring a clear understanding of policies and procedures.
• Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns promptly, addressing any problems with empathy and precision.
• Data Management: Maintain and update client records accurately in our database.
• Policy Updates: Assist clients with modifications to their existing insurance policies and ensure smooth processing of changes.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various insurance products offered by the agency to better assist clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide seamless client service and support agency operations.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Licensing: Property Casualty and life license in Kansas
• Communication: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solver: Ability to handle queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Computing Skills: Basic computer skills, Microsoft office experience.
• Personality: Positive attitude, empathetic nature, and a genuine willingness to help others are essential.
• Availability: Must be available to work at our office in Wichita, Kansas, and Rose Hill Kansas
