Salary Range: $36000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Assistance: Interact with clients to address insurance inquiries, ensuring a clear understanding of policies and procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns promptly, addressing any problems with empathy and precision.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client records accurately in our database.
- Policy Updates: Assist clients with modifications to their existing insurance policies and ensure smooth processing of changes.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various insurance products offered by the agency to better assist clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide seamless client service and support agency operations.
Requirements
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Licensing: Property Casualty and life license in Kansas
- Communication: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solver: Ability to handle queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Computing Skills: Basic computer skills, Microsoft office experience.
- Personality: Positive attitude, empathetic nature, and a genuine willingness to help others are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work at our office in Wichita, Kansas, and Rose Hill Kansas
