We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on experience. Licensed candidates will have additional commission opportunities through cross-selling and upselling, allowing for even greater earning potential.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements:
- You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a bonus!
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
- Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
