Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Continuously look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Assist clients with policy adjustments and updates.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed.
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
Requirements
No previous experience is required! Must be willing to learn the insurance industry.
We will cover 100% of licensing costs.
Basic knowledge of Office/Microsoft applications is required.
Showcase advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
Basic computer software knowledge.
