Job Description:

We're looking for a friendly and experienced Insurance Customer Representative to join our team! We need someone with a positive attitude who pays attention to details and communicates effectively. As a full-time representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing policies, and processing claims. Your duties will include answering customer questions, processing new policies and renewals, making changes to policies, and handling claims. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations. To be considered, you should have a Property and Casualty License, at least two years of experience in the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Salary Range: $36000.00 - $56000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives.
• Constantly look out for new opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
• Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
• Update and Make changes to insurance policies as needed.
• Review insurance policies of current clients and assist with the annual review process.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
• Utilize various computer systems to manage policies, claims, and customer information

• Property and Casualty License Required
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry. Property and Casualty, Life and Health.
• Basic computer software knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while working in a collaborative environment
• Positive attitude and Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate professionalism over the phone or in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
