• Competitive base salary $44,000 - $56,000 annual salary depending on experience

What we need from you:

• Experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines Insurance
• License
  • Active Property & Casualty License
• Knowledgeable
  • Expertise and knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products, markets, and ratings
• Software
  • A comprehensive understanding of insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position. Experience with Applied Epic is a plus!!

The Position:

• Ensure that correct and professional insurance services are provided to clients, account managers, and producers.
• Assist with renewing lines of coverage, cross-selling, processing policy changes, and handling inquiries
• Answer client questions regarding billing, claims, coverage, etc.
• Binding and checking policies
• Requesting endorsements, claims, marketing renewals
