Salary Range: $46000.00 - $54000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and endorsements.
- Provide assistance and support to insurance agents and staff, focusing on managing the current book of business without the need for cold-calling.
- Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have.
Requirements
- Active Florida Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. Must have previous office experience.
- A high school diploma is required with a strong drive for career advancement and a commitment to long-term tenure.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Efficiently manage multiple client inquiries, tasks, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
