Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Interact with clients to address their inquiries and provide support.
Policy Management: Process policy changes and updates accurately and efficiently.
Team Support: Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and providing necessary information.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for reference.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure all clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs.
Professionalism: Represent the agency in a positive and inviting manner at all times.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License required.Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles preferred, ideally in the insurance industry.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client interactions.Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy-related documentation.Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism in dealing with clients and handling confidential information.Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using basic computer software and insurance agency systems.Location: Must be willing to work in-office at our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida location.
