Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Supporting producers in an account manager role
• Preparing certificates
• Processing endorsements
• Processing renewals, preparing proposals
• Working directly with underwriters on renewals, applications and new business submissions
• Ability to articulate coverage and policy information to clients.
• Cultivate new lines of business.
• Utilizing networking to expand your business reach.
• Present and sell new policies to prospective customers.
• Resolve client inquiries and challenges.
• Comply with all insurance standards and regulations.

• Property and Casualty Licensed in Oregon.
• Hawksoft CMS experience preferred
• 3-5 years of Previous insurance agency experience preferred.
• Ability to easily build and maintain rapport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of multi-tasking while focusing on completing high priority items
• Ability to work in Molalla on a typical schedule of Monday-Friday from 9am until 4:30 (some remote work after training for experienced individuals will be possible)
• Technologically proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Self-Motivated Individual who is motivated to achieve their goals.
• Independent worker who can be relied upon to work autonomously.
