Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals. Close sales.
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
- Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
- Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical client needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Efficiently manage multiple client inquiries, tasks, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Set and work towards performance goals in a team setting to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills, efficiently entering and processing data to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
