Responsibilities

Customer Inquiries: Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and accuracy.

Policy Adjustments: Assist clients with updating their insurance policies to meet their changing needs.

Claims Processing: Provide support in processing insurance claims and ensuring timely resolution.

Client Support: Offer exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with our policyholders.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to clients and maintain service excellence.

Experience or knowledge with horses and/or farms or stables

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Customer Focus: A passion for providing top-tier customer service and exceeding client expectations.

Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and industry practices.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining productivity and teamwork.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional service.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with using CRM software, email systems, and other communication tools.

Property and Casualty licensed candidates are preferred, but will consider those willing to become licensed within 6 months of hire.
