We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. You should have 1+ years of insurance industry experience and an active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (if you don't have this let's talk anyway)!. The role requires excellent communication skills and providing quality customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer-facing service experience (ex: luxury retail sales, hospitality, and banking). Candidates must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Depending on your experience, your starting base salary is 32,000 to 40,000 per year with bonus opportunities and room to grow!

Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Add value to the customer and business relationship by creating loyalty and trust.
• Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions.
• Answer phones. Greet walk-in clients and handle their inquiries, payments, etc
• Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.
• 1+ years of insurance customer service experience.
• 2+ years of customer-facing service experience (ex: luxury retail sales, hospitality, and banking)
• Knowledge of Basic Computer Software and a multiline phone system. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
• Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
• Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
• Multitasking and resolving problems quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
