Salary Range: $52000.00 - $76000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide assistance and support to policyholders regarding their insurance inquiries and service requests.
- Policy Management: Process policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, offering advice and clarifications as required.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction in services provided by the agency.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
- Customer Focus: A demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-first mindset to handle queries and provide solutions effectively.
