We are a busy insurance office and you will be our amazing clients first point of contact. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you will be the perfect fit for this role.
Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, preparing quotes and other additional clerical duties as needed.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Process customer policy change requests.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Handle customer renewals.
Requirements

Great Customer Service Skills.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
