Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance with policy inquiries, claims, billing questions, and general insurance-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our agency's services.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with policy renewals and proactively review coverage options to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Cultivate lead opportunities from current clients and past prospects to refer to sales team
- Collaborate closely with insurance agents and underwriters to address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Effectively communicate policy information, coverage details, and claims procedures to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage and resolve client complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Clearly articulate and showcase the advantages of our services

Requirements
Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
