Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Obtain the prospect's information such as name, address, and vehicle information, and enter them into quote sheets.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
A Florida Property & Casualty insurance license is required (220, 2044 or 440)
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Professional phone etiquette.
Great Customer Service Skills.

No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
