Next Level Insurance Agency in Woodbury, MN is seeking an Customer Service Rep to join our team!
Our Customer Service Reps are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, preparing quotes for agent to present, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Base Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 based on experience
Salary Range: $42000.00 - $52000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing insurance quotes for home, auto, etc.
- Process customer policy change requests
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
Requirements
- Insurance customer service experience is strongly is a bonus
- P&C license required
- Proven track record of being a problem solver
- Must be resourceful
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
