Salary Range: $26000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

- Responding professionally & promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

- Collaborating with agents and support staff to ensure accurate and efficient processes.

- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.

- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve service.

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a PLUS!
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, coachable and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
