We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing insurance coverage and providing coverage opinions to clients
- Drafting motions and pleadings for litigation cases
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Representing clients in litigation matters related to insurance coverage
- Advising clients on legal matters related to insurance coverage and litigation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide exceptional legal services
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of practice
- 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Experience with insurance coverage analysis and drafting coverage opinions
- Experience with drafting motions and pleadings for litigation cases
