Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage obligations.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to insurance claims and litigation.
- Advise clients on coverage issues and potential risks associated with claims.
- Represent clients in negotiations and proceedings related to insurance disputes.
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and stay updated on relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage or related fields.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and litigation practices.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
