What You’ll Do:

• Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, emails, and diverse channels to uncover new sales opportunities
• Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to present our offerings
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals
• Build and maintain a robust portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to deliver exceptional service
• Embrace a hybrid work schedule, balancing both remote and onsite responsibilities

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year in a sales role
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and maintaining a goal-oriented approach
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Comfortable with cold calling, conducting research, and generating new leads
