Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and billing.
- Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
- Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and claims specialists, to address client needs and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s database, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
