| Insurance Claims Specialist Adjuster Examiner Analyst Attorney Environmental Toxic Tort Asbestos Pollution Health Hazard _ . REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE Seeking individual with experience managing and investigating complex specialty claims involving toxic tort, asbestos exposure, complex or serious injury, environmental hazards, construction defect, pollution, etc. Shall: *** Manage and resolve specialty claims, evaluate policy coverage, assess eligibility, and determine reimbursement schedules. *** Evaluate liability and damages, identify suspicious claims, and identify all recovery opportunities. *** Handle litigation activities.
