Job Responsibilites
- Understand and Implement insurance sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client propecting to policy delivery)
- Present and demonstrate coverage and protection options
- Review, update and manage daily sales tasks
- Create and exacute strategies for increasing market share, and accoutning rounding
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Retain existing business, and reach monthly sales goals to meet agency standards
- Remain up-to-dateon products, market trands and certifications
- Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Education and/or Experience
Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
