Salary Range: $45000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Actively reach out to prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing knowledgeable advice.
- Sales Fulfillment: Dedicate effort to converting leads into satisfied policyholders by meeting their unique requirements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and ongoing satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively assist clients in choosing suitable plans.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities and interactions with clients.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold a current Indiana Property & Casualty License or be willing obtain a license within a specified timeframe.
- Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales or a related field preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Customer-Centric: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment.
