Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct insurance quotes, sales presentations, and close sales.
Solicit new business opportunities by telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Utilize sales techniques to generate new business.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, preferably insurance or financial services.
Must be licensed with General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health in TX or willing to attain both licenses in next 30 days.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Flexibility to work in both office and outside sales environments.
Professional phone/email/text etiquette.
Works well with other employees and is a team player.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
