Youll also be provided with training and access to resources to help you pave the way. Motivated agency owners can enjoy lucrative bonus opportunities as they work to build their businesses.
Obtain your insurance license within 4 weeks (we pay the licensing fees) and receive a $500 bonus.
Six bonus opportunities
1. Exterior Branding Bonus to assist with obtaining initial compliant exterior branding
2. $5,000 Signing Bonus in month 2 following full-time appointment
3. Monthly Lead Opportunity of up to $500 per month in Agency Growth Program lead opportunity credits
4. Bonus on applicable net NB commissions paid while on Reserve agent program
5. Monthly Bonus Program based on applicable net NB commissions and production for up to 36 months
6. Annual Bonus Program based on applicable net NB commissions and production for up to 3 years
36-month new agent support program that rewards high levels of performance with up to 300% additional bonuses paid.
Retail bonus opportunities are in addition to commissions
Production requirements reset each quarter and year
Additional bonus opportunities following completion of the Retail program
New agent training program from the University of Farmers

Responsibilities
Help customers service their insurance policies through exciting life events.
Ensure customers have the right level of coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts.
Makes sales as needed to drive revenue.
Engage in robust sales with sales coaches and mentors to drive new business.
Develop and maintain marketing programs.
Requirements
Requirements
Sales Experience required (inside and outside sales experience preferred)
Must be a driven and goal-oriented individual!
Ability to develop insurance quotes and advise clients
Ability to meet sales objectives as established
Comfortable pursuing leads from multiple sources (primarily internet leads who are already shopping for insurance online)
Ability to grow the client base and cultivate lasting relationships via referrals, potential client lists, cold calls, and emails
Ability to encourage and mentor employees
Life & Health and/or Property and Casualty licenses preferred
Must be able to show you have access to 50K (not an investment)
