Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team: Guide and motivate a team of insurance sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share, increase client acquisition, and expand service offerings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand Farmers Insurance's presence in the Austin area.
- Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a positive and productive sales culture.
