Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a diverse book of Commercial lines clients and polices
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain account retention.
- Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Developing insurance quotes, marketing renewals and producing and presenting customer proposals.
- Processing endorsements, issuing insurance documentation including Certificates of Insurance and binders, and assisting customers with claims.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and upselling.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty License is required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 12 months after employment.
- 3-5 Years of Commercial Lines experience. Independent agency experience preferred.
- Solid computer and technical skills, AMS 360 experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to work independently
