Salary Range: $60000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the servicing of a book of business with all internal and external stakeholders, possessing an advanced level of knowledge of all commercial lines of insurance.
- Analyze policy renewals in accordance with client information, individual needs and prevailing market conditions
- Communicate and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Manage carrier relationships on behalf of clients to ensure the accurate and timely issuance of policies and endorsements.
- Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and proving certificates of insurance.
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
- Prepare proposals for new and renewal business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines
- Train and mentor junior staff members
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
- 3+ years of custome service or leadership experience is Required. Insurance experience is a BONUS.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- Maintain a proactive approach to achieving individual and team objectives, consistently seeking opportunities for growth and improvement in pursuit of our agency's success.
- Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts and policy details to clients in a clear, understandable, and client-friendly manner, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.
- Apply critical thinking skills to analyze complex insurance situations, develop innovative solutions, and provide clients with tailored recommendations for their coverage.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, proficiently to create, edit, and maintain documents and reports.
