Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Prospects for new business are generated from networking, online promotions, social media, and reaching out to current clients.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
Requirements
- NO PREVIOUS INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Would prefer to have a background in ales or service.
- An insurance license is required for the position, but not required to apply. We offer License Assistance.
- Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
- Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
- Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts and policy details to clients in a clear, understandable, and client-friendly manner, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
