We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our energetic team. This position is ideal for a self-motivated and resourceful individual with a proven track record in driving new business and managing key accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, while nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Account Executive, your primary duties will include:
1. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
2. Identifying potential clients, generating leads, and managing a robust pipeline.
3. Conducting market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
5. Negotiating and closing deals with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
6. Upselling and cross-selling insurance products to existing clients to meet their diverse needs.
7. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
9. Keeping abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
10. Preparing reports on account status and sales performance.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Insurance Account Executive position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field in insurance.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Exceptional skills in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. A results-driven approach, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
8. A customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand and cater to customer needs.
9. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
